Salmon Steak in Thai Style

Step 1
Seed and chop the red bird chili. Chop the garlic, lemongrass and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and pat the salmon dry. Marinate with salt and white pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add salmon and sear until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate.

Step 4
In another pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, red bird chili, lemongrass, ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Add fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and bring to boil. Pour over the salmon steak and ready to serve.
