Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 2
Add whipping cream and mix well.
Step 3
Add rum and mix carefully.
Step 4
Cover a tray with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture over.

Refrigerate until set. Remove from mold and dust with cocoa powder.
Step 6
Cut into 2x2 cm pieces. Ready to serve.
