Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Chop half of the leek and mince the garlic. Set aside. In a pot, add some water, ginger, the other half of the leek, Chinese cooking wine and pig ear. Cook for 40 minutes.

Step 2
Take out the pig ear, let cool and julienne.

Step 3
Add chopped leek, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, black vinegar, ground white pepper, salt, sugar, chicken powder and peppercorn chili oil. Toss well.

Step 4
Add fried peanuts and cilantro. Toss well and ready to serve.
