Step 1
Rinse and pat the chicken wings dry. Chop the garlic. Remove the skin of the red fermented bean curd.

Step 2
Mix together red fermented bean curd, Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.

Step 3
Add chicken wings, garlic and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add chicken wings, reduce to medium low heat and sear until golden brown on both sides. Ready to serve.
