Egg Fried Rice with Radish and Double Shrimp

If you find Yangzhou fried rice or fried rice with tomato sauce too boring, try using Radish & Sakura Shrimp Sauce! Radish gives the fried rice a more complicated texture.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the green onion. Mince the garlic and beat the eggs.

Step 2
Marinate the shrimps with Chinese cooking wine, salt and ground white pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimps and sauté until 80% cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 4
In the same pan, add some oil. Add leftover rice and stir-fry until the rice is separated. Add egg wash and stir until the rice is coated with the egg.

Step 5
Add shrimps and DayDayCook Radish & Sakura Shrimp Sauce. Mix well.

Step 6
Add salt and green onions. Mix well and ready to serve.
