Steamed Curry Squid

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the processed squids. Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the squids for 1 minute. Drain, slice and set aside.

Step 2
Add corn starch and mix well.

Step 3
Mix well the curry paste, seafood sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt.

Step 4
Add to the squids and mix well. Transfer to a plate.

Step 5
Steam on medium high heat for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
