Peel the pumpkin. Cut into pieces

Step 2
Steam over water for 8 minutes on high heat

Mash the pumpkin with back of spoon

Step 4
Combine the pumpkin mash with glutinous rice flour, oil, and sugar

Knead into a dough. Divide into 2 portions

Step 6
Steam 1 half over water on high heat for 15 minutes

Step 7
Combine the cooked pumpkin dough with raw pumpkin dough

Step 8
Brush a tin try with some oil

Step 9
Make pumpkin mochi with your hands. Place on the tin tray. Steam again over water for 10 minutes

Step 10
Cover the mochi with coconut flakes
