Step 1
Preheat the oven at 200°C.

Step 2
Dice the cucumber and red bell pepper.

Step 3
Slightly brush the water over the dumpling wrapper and place 2 wrappers in the mold and form into a bowl.

Place in the oven and bake it for 8-10 minutes until the wrapper is set and golden brown.

Step 5
Clean and season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil and sear the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked inside. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Mix together the chicken, cucumber, red bell pepper, yogurt and black pepper.

Step 8
Place the chicken mixture in the dumpling cup and ready to serve.
