Shrimp paste have a bouncy texture and every bite is full of sweet corn kernels. Can cook it as a main dish as well as a party snack.

Step 1
Chop the green onion and cilantro

Step 2
Defrost and clean the shrimp, mash the shrimp with the side of the knife. Then chop it into a paste

Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together the shrimp paste, kernel corn, green onion, cilantro, Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, sugar, salt and pepper and corn starch

Step 4
Form the mixture into patties

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Pan fry the patties until golden brown on both side and fully cook

Step 6
Ready to serve
