Step 1
Melt the butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, powdered sugar, honey and vanilla extract to mix well

Add the orange zest and mix again

Step 4
Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt

Add the ground almond

Step 6
Add the melted butter in 2 times and mix well

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the batter overnight

Preheat the oven at 190°C. Brush the mold with melted butter

Sprinkle some flour to avoid sticky

Step 10
Pour the batter about ¾ full

Step 11
Bake it for 8-10minutes until golden brown

Let cool and remove from the mold. Ready to serve
