Step 1
Peel the papaya and remove the seed. Cut the papaya into pieces

Step 2
Soak the white fungus in water until soft

Step 3
Drain it and cut into pieces

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the spareribs for 15 minutes

Step 5
Drain and set aside

Step 6
In a large pot, add 1L water and place spareribs, white fungus, sweet apricot kernels, bitter apricot kernels and preserved dates

Step 7
Bring to boil and cover the lid. Cook it for an hour over medium heat

Step 8
Add the papaya. Cover the lid and cook for another 30-40 minute
