Mustard green helps to cool down our body heat. Cook together with pork and tofu to give a sweeter taste and increase the nutritional value.

Step 1
Cut the mustard green into sections. Separate the leaves and stems. Dice the tofu.

Step 2
Marinate the pork with light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Bring some water to boil. Add ginger, mustard green stems and bring to boil again on medium heat.

Step 4
Add sliced pork and mustard green leaves. Cook for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Add tofu and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and ready to serve.
