Want some desserts after a meal? Just add sweet potato and purple yam with glutinous rice flour and coconut flakes. You can simply make the soft and chewy mochi.

Step 1
Prepare two mixing bowls, add sweet potato and purple yam paste into the bowls separately.

Step 2
Add glutinous rice flour and water. Roll the dough to a log.

Step 3
Divide the dough into 20-24 parts.

Step 4
Stuff a diced cane sugar in the middle and shape into a ball.

Step 5
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the mocha and cook for 5 minutes until floated.

Step 6
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Step 7
Ready to serve
